Theoretical reviews of Synchronicity contemporary music Meditation

Abstract
This study aims to identify the paradigm and structure of synchronicity music meditation and present opportunities for applying the effect to counseling. It theoretically examines the principles of change of synchronicity paradigm and verifies the effect through experiments. The research topics of this study are what are the paradigm, structure and principles of change of synchronicity music meditation. In conclusion£¬the result of this study are summarized as fo!lows: First synchronicity music meditation can have a positive effect on brain waves and psychological changes. In particular£¬ in a counseling setting, it can play the role of an aide in helpig clients solve their problems by themselves by recovering the client¡¯s self-perception ability and facilitating self-understanding. Second£¬ synchronicity music meditation can be used as a tool for brain waves and psychological changes and for general public health. Alpha music mediation can be used for physical or psychological relaxation and stress relief. Theta music meditation can be used for psychological changes by facilitating images and making people re-experience unconscious emotions. Third. synchronicity music meditation shows the potential for be use as a way of transcendental health counseling in terms of the whole person at a higher level. Fourth. for the methods of using synchronicity music in a counseling setting. 1) it is desirable to check an individual's psychological state and brain waves and before conducting music meditation; 2) music meditation alone can be given to individuals and groups in a non-linguistic way. It can be more efficient when connected with counseling methods; 3) it can be used as a tool for counselor's own spiritual growth and change. Fifth. as shown in the experimental results. music and meditation using music have a variety of patterns of change. Thus. future studies are needed on the effect of music and music meditation.
